The Approach
I didn’t set out to create a training.
I set out to understand why so much extension work felt inconsistent—
and why so many stylists were still unsure, even after investing in education.

I’ve invested in my education.
I’ve traveled.
I’ve taken classes.
I’ve spent the time and money trying to learn this the “right” way.
And more often than not—
I left feeling like something was missing.
The focus was on installation.
But not on consistency.
Not on real-life wear.
And not on how to create results that actually hold up over time.
That’s what pushed me to figure it out for myself.
To refine a way of working that felt more intentional—
where every decision had a purpose,
and every result was something my clients could actually live in.

Because when done correctly,
extensions should never compromise the health of the natural hair.
They should enhance it.
Support it.
And feel just as good as they look.
